Congoleum - Duraceramic is not holding up! After 9 years it is chipping and grout is cracking.
Duraceramic was installed 9 years ago in my hall, kitchen, bath, laundry. It was a huge investment.
After 9 years, the grout is separating, the tiles are chipping, and the finish shows fading near a door (the warranty I got says simply, "will not fade". Congoleum did agree to a small compensation or replacement of one of their products- vinyl or duraceramic, or a small compensation that is not large enough to cover even a small bathroom floor. I need to sell our home to be able to retire but the floor will take down the asking price.
I am stuck with an inferior product. I don't know what to do.
